Club meetings take place three times a year (usually towards the end of the month in January, March and October) in the Ronuk Hall at Portslade Town Hall, Victoria Road, Portslade, BN41 1YF.  Entrance fee is £3.00.

Our next meeting will be on Saturday afternoon 26th January 2019 which will be the Club's AGM followed by a pictorial presentation by Peter Dann entitled 'All Roads Lead to Uckfield' looking at Southdown operations to the town over many years.  If there is time, Paul Gainsbury will then look at some aspects of Southdown during the NBC era.  Doors open at 14.00 hrs; meeting commences at 14.30, then concludes about 17.00.

A further meeting at the same location is planned for Saturday evening 30th March 2019, when Mr. Neil Bird, Director of Southern Transit Limited will present an address.

SEC publications, photographs and other items are available for purchase at our meetings.
Transport enthusiasts who are not members of the SEC are welcome at our meetings.

Every summer the Club organises an evening mystery tour for members of local bus groups to a topical destination or by covering old Southdown routes. Usually preserved vehicles are used; there is a stop for refreshments and photo opportunities are provided.

Our 2018 trip has already taken place.
